T&P Transportation, managed by retired Army First Sergeant Ted Washington, operates in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. We are registered with the Department of Transportation (DOT), and a certificate of liability insurance is available upon request to satisfy venue authorization requirements. Our ability to access military installations allows us to provide transportation in secure environments. We provide subcontracted transportation for businesses, including local trips and airport transfers for employees, contractors, and hotel guests. Companies may reserve our 12- or 15-passenger vans exclusively and designate T&P as their official transportation subcontractor. Contract services may be available in several states. In Fort Worth, Texas, and nearby communities, we offer dedicated school transportation in 15-passenger vans, helping parents avoid school pickup lines and focus on their workday. Typical round-trip fares range from $20 to $25. Although Thumbtack lists only options for up to eight passengers, we can accommodate as many as 15 passengers per van. Our 15-passenger vans can also serve as affordable party buses with Wi-Fi and music. Hourly rates range from $75 to $85, depending on the number of passengers. A $150 fleet charge per day applies when booking customized vehicles or luxury sedans. If your transportation plans change in real time, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional charges may apply, but the day is yours, and we are committed to helping your itinerary run smoothly. We respectfully request that you provide your transportation requirements at your earliest convenience, including the pickup address and requested pickup time, as well as the drop-off address and requested drop-off time. For airport transfers, please provide your flight number so that we may monitor delays or schedule changes on your behalf, eliminating the need for you to call or worry about updating us.
